Privacy notice

This website is run by CHOSENPRENEURS (Naim Collins, Wilmington, Delaware). We respect your privacy and collect as little as we can.

  • This website doesn't ask you for personal information. The "I am starting ___" tool on the homepage runs only in your browser; we never see what you type.
  • Booking a call happens on Calendly, which collects the details you enter to schedule your call.
  • Purchases and the free guide are handled by our store on Allen (allen.store), which collects your name, email and payment details to deliver what you asked for and send related emails. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
  • Our community lives on Skool, which has its own privacy policy.
  • We don't sell your personal information.

  • Educational coaching only. Everything on this site and in our programs is for education. It isn't legal, tax, financial or professional advice.
  • No guaranteed results. No income, business or financial results are promised or guaranteed. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
  • Our content. Videos, guides, worksheets and posts belong to CHOSENPRENEURS. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.
  • Stories and testimonials shared on this site come from real members, with their written permission, and reflect individual experiences.
  • Other websites. We link to Calendly, Allen, Skool and social platforms. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Founding Group: Refund, Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

At CHOSENPRENEURS, we are committed to clear communication, fair treatment and delivering all six live instructional sessions included with your enrollment. This policy explains what happens if your plans change, if our schedule changes, or if we cannot deliver the program.

1. Program at a glance

  • Program: Chosenpreneurs Founding Group: six live 60-minute group coaching sessions with Naim Collins. Founding Group VIP: everything in the Founding Group plus two private 60-minute one-on-one calls on Zoom.
  • Price: Founding Group $500, or Founding Group VIP $800, one-time payment. Allen Store is the recommended checkout; direct Stripe payment links or PayPal links/invoices may also be provided by Naim Collins.
  • Cohort size: Up to 10 members in total (Founding Group and VIP). Minimum of 3 paid members by enrollment close: Tuesday, January 12, 2027, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Test purchases do not count toward enrollment.
  • Schedule: Cohort 1: January 13, January 27, February 3, February 10, February 24 and March 3, 2027, Wednesdays, 7–8 PM Eastern Time. No group sessions January 20 or February 17. Enrollment closes January 12, 2027, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
  • Where it happens: Live calls on Zoom; recordings, resources and community in our private Skool community.
  • Community access: Included from enrollment through 14 days after the final group session (through March 17, 2027 for Cohort 1, unless the final session is rescheduled).

2. Enrollment and refunds

All sales are final once payment and enrollment are complete, except for the situations in sections 6 and 7 of this policy or where a refund is required by law. Enrollment reserves one of a limited number of seats. Allen's standard no-refund checkout checkbox does not remove the exceptions in this policy. These terms apply to both Founding Group and VIP enrollments, including payments made through Allen Store, a direct Stripe link or PayPal.

The following do not qualify for a refund, credit or transfer:

  • Changes to your personal schedule, travel or availability
  • Missed sessions or not completing assignments
  • Voluntary withdrawal or a change of mind after enrolling
  • Removal from the community after a warning for repeatedly breaking the community guidelines

3. Our schedule and changes

Sessions are generally held on Wednesdays, 7–8 PM Eastern Time. We normally skip the full week of a federal holiday observed by Naim Collins, unless an exception is announced. For this cohort, no group session is held January 20 or February 17; February 10 remains a session date. No VIP or discovery-call appointments are offered February 15–21, 2027. Dates may sometimes change because of emergencies, instructor availability, technical problems or other operational needs.

  • For planned schedule changes, we aim to give at least 48 hours' notice. The minimum-enrollment decision follows the separate deadline and notification procedure in section 6.
  • For emergencies, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Updates are sent to the email you used to enroll and posted in the Skool community.
  • When a session is postponed, we aim to share the replacement date within five business days.
  • We will deliver all six instructional sessions, even if the end date has to be extended.

4. Attendance, missed sessions, recordings and VIP calls

You are responsible for checking your email and the Skool community and for attending sessions. Missing a session does not qualify for a refund, credit or private make-up session.

Each live session is recorded and posted in the Skool Classroom, usually within 48 hours. If a technical problem prevents a recording, we will post a written recap instead.

VIP private calls. The Founding Group VIP option ($800) includes everything in the Founding Group plus two private 60-minute coaching calls with Naim Collins on Zoom. VIP members book these calls through a private scheduling link sent in their welcome email.

  • Cohort 1 booking windows: Call 1 (Midway support), February 4–16, 2027; Call 2 (Finishing support), February 18–March 9, 2027. Available appointment times are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7–9 PM Eastern Time, and Saturdays, 10 AM–1 PM Eastern Time, subject to availability. No appointments are offered February 15–21 during our holiday break; Call 2 appointments begin February 22. If the cohort is rescheduled, revised VIP windows will be communicated in writing.
  • You may reschedule a call within its window if you give at least 24 hours' notice through your booking link.
  • A call that is missed without 24 hours' notice, or not booked by the end of its window, is forfeited and does not qualify for a refund or credit.
  • If CHOSENPRENEURS needs to cancel a VIP call, we will offer a new time. If we cannot deliver a VIP call, you will receive a refund of $150 for that call.

5. Community access and continuing membership

Your enrollment includes access to the private Chosenpreneurs Community on Skool from enrollment through 14 days after the final session, so you have time to watch the final recording.

The Founding Group lessons, recordings and resources are reserved for Founding Group members.

After the 14 days, you may continue as a Chosenpreneurs Community member for $27 per month. Community membership is optional, billed separately through Allen, renews monthly and can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.

Founding Group graduates who continue their community membership keep access to their own cohort's lessons and recordings for as long as their membership stays active.

Founding member rate: Founding Group graduates may join at $19 per month instead of $27. This rate stays locked in for as long as the membership remains active without interruption. If the membership is canceled, rejoining is at the current standard rate.

If you do not continue, your community access ends after the 14-day period.

6. Minimum enrollment and cohort postponement

Each cohort needs at least 3 paid members to run, counting Founding Group and VIP together. For Cohort 1, the go/no-go decision is made at enrollment close: Tuesday, January 12, 2027, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Test purchases do not count toward the minimum. Cohort 1 has been moved from its original November start to January 13, 2027, with the six dates listed in section 1. If you purchased for the original November start, you may keep your Founding Group or VIP seat at your original purchase price for the January cohort or request a full refund by contacting support@joinchosenpreneurs.com before the rescheduled cohort begins.

  • If fewer than 3 paid members have enrolled by that deadline, the January 13 start will not proceed. We will email each enrolled member by 12 PM (noon) Eastern Time on Wednesday, January 13, 2027, with the choice to transfer to the next group or receive a full refund. This applies equally to Founding Group and VIP members. Reply to that email or contact support@joinchosenpreneurs.com with your choice.
  • If CHOSENPRENEURS postpones the entire cohort for any reason after you pay, we will tell you the new start date and schedule in writing. You may accept the new dates or request a full refund at any time before the rescheduled cohort begins.

7. Cancellation or non-delivery by CHOSENPRENEURS

  • If CHOSENPRENEURS cancels the cohort before it starts, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the program has started and CHOSENPRENEURS cannot deliver the remaining sessions, you will receive a refund of one-sixth of the Founding Group price ($500) for each group session not delivered, plus $150 for each VIP private call not delivered (VIP members), or any greater amount required by law.
  • We aim to start eligible refunds within 10 business days of the cancellation decision, to your original payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional days to process it.

8. Educational outcomes

CHOSENPRENEURS provides mentorship, education and community support. Participation does not guarantee income, sales, clients, a completed business or any particular result. Progress depends on your circumstances, effort, customer demand and other factors.
