When I first planned the CHOSENPRENEURS Founding Group, it was set to start in November. Then I looked honestly at the calendar, and at the people I'm building this for.
November and December are some of the most expensive, busiest weeks of the year. Travel, shopping, family, end-of-year deadlines at work. Asking someone with a 9-to-5 to commit their money and their Wednesday nights right in the middle of all that wasn't fair to them.
People can't fully commit during the holidays. That isn't a lack of desire. It's timing.
So I moved it.
The Founding Group now starts Wednesday, January 13, 2027. Six live sessions, Wednesdays from 7 to 8 PM ET: January 13 and 27, February 3, 10 and 24, and March 3. Enrollment closes Tuesday, January 12 at 11:59 PM ET.
What this taught me about offers
This is the same lesson I teach in Key 02, Certainty: listen before you build. I could have pushed ahead with the November date. Instead, I paid attention to what people were actually able to do, and changed the plan.
- A good offer at the wrong time is still hard to say yes to.
- Changing your plan isn't failing. It's what building in public looks like.
- Give people room to decide. January gives everyone time to talk it through, plan and start fresh.
