The 10-minute start: one sentence that gets you moving.

By Naim Collins · November 7, 2026 · 3 min read

Your 9-to-5 turned into a 9-to-9. You're tired after work, and the idea keeps getting pushed to "someday." I know that feeling, because I lived it for years.

Here's what I learned: you don't need to feel ready. You need ten minutes.

The exercise

  1. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Phone, microwave, kitchen timer. It doesn't matter.
  2. Finish this sentence: "I am starting ___ to help ___."
  3. Be specific. Not "a business to help people." Try "a meal-prep service to help nurses on night shift."
  4. Stop when the timer goes off. Done is better than perfect.
I am starting ___ to help ___.

Stuck? Use free AI.

Open the free version of ChatGPT or Claude and type: "I'm good at [your 3 skills]. Give me 2 small services I could offer for $25–$50." Pick one, and use it to fill in your sentence.

Remember the rule: the AI drafts. You decide. You know what's true about you.

Why this works

That sentence is your first piece of Clarity, the first of the 3 Breakthrough Keys. It tells you what you offer and who it's for. Everything else, from your first conversation to your first offer, builds on it.

You can try it right now on the homepage. Then bring your sentence to a free call, and we'll work out the next step together.
